Shipping policy
PARKSIDE endeavors to ship every item as quickly as is possible. Some items will be marked PRE-SALE and will then be shipped when printed, packaged, and received at warehouse. All other items should ship within 24-48 hours of order completion. PRONTO Weekly Sets usually ship within 10 days of selling out.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some shipping delays can be expected when a new product is introduced. Please know we will move as fast as is possible to ship and deliver your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
PARKSIDE offers flat rate shipping and handling starting at $5 for some orders but increases based on weight and destination. For all large orders email: info@parksidecards.com.
Local delivery
PARKSIDE does not offer any local delivery options.
In-store pickup
PARKSIDE does not offer any In-Store pickup options.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following country: Canada. We are happy to discuss shipping to any other country. Please email us at: info@parksidecards.com.
Some orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PARKSIDE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@parksidecards.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
PARKSIDE ships with USPS who does deliver to most domestic P.O. Boxes. If in doubt, check with your local Post Master or P.O. Box business owner to confirm their willingness to receive items.
Lost or Stolen Items
PARKISDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been sent for all orders. Email info@parksidecards.com with any question regarding a missing shipment.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns of unopened product up to 10 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@parksidecards.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
